TRAINING / KEYNOTES

We work with clients to customize every engagement to fit the audience by using workplace stories, relevant examples, self-reflection, experiential learning, (and ALWAYS a bit of humor) to engage, while ensuring there are takeaways focused on action and applicability.
Bad Leadership 101
Early in my career, I worked for a boss who was legendary for standing in his direct reports’ cubicles, skimming the first page of their work, and then setting it on fire and tossing the flaming document into their waste can when it didn’t live up to his expectations.
That was my introduction to “leadership” and “organizational culture".
